The 311 Mercer Street is the primary buying operation, instore selling operation and technology operation. 901 Mercer is a hybrid operation with most of the store now posted online and only open two days a week. We strive to beat our competitors in service and offer jewelry repairs and sizing on any items we sell. Our sterling silver jewelry selections have grown over the years since we first opened. For over a decade, we have been open for business at the corporate headquarters at Historic 311 Mercer Street in Princeton. We have seen changes through the years and one big positive change has been the elimination of WV sales tax on silver and gold bullion which saves you money. We keep gold and silver on hand and can deliver any amount usually within three days. We are pleased that we have over 200 5-star Google reviews with many repeat clients. Our goal is to be the Number 1 choice for precious metals, fine art and giftware in the region.
For many years, our slogan has been “Where Lookers Buy”. The staff is always excited when people visit to see our new selections. Damages and issues
We do not accept returns unless your item is wrong or damaged. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can contact us at email@example.com.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as gold, silver, special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We photograph every item and give detailed information for you to see the item you want to purchase. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
